23RD REHABILITATION INTERNATIONAL WORLD CONGRESS 2016

 

I am very pleased to inform you that the Hong Kong Joint Council for People with Disabilities / the Hong Kong Council of Social Service has secured funding, sponsored by the Social Welfare Department to subsidize 8 delegates on 50% basis to attend the captioned event.

 

Basic information of the event, the estimated expenses per delegate, subsidy application criteria can be found at Joint Council website:

Successful applicants are required to submit a written report and conduct a report-back session upon return to Hong Kong. 

 

To apply for subsidy, please complete the Subsidy Application Form which can be downloaded from the above website. Those who wish to join the Joint Council’s delegation as a self-financed member, please complete the Application Form for Self-financed Applicant, which can be downloaded at the website as well.  If you have difficulties with internet access, please contact us to make alternate arrangement. Completed form should reach our Office on or before July 22, 2016 (Friday):
