為接受工作能力評估後獲取較低薪酬的殘疾僱員提供工資補貼,補貼金額應相等於殘疾僱員所領取的工資與法訂最低工資的差額,以確保殘疾人士均能享受到最低工資的保障。 |
檢討職業復康服務的運作模式、津助水平及人手配套,以回應公開就業市場的變化

檢討綜合職業康復服務中心的運作模式、人手編制和資源配套,回應就業市場環境轉變和服務使用者老化等問題,提升服務成效。 (網絡已完成綜合職業康復服務中心和輔助就業的檢討工作,報告書亦已於2011年12月12日寄予社署。) |

為殘疾人士社會企業提供支援措施,如限制投標、租金津助等,協助其持續發展。 (施政綱領P.52-53:推動社企發展,推出「社企之友」運動、獎勵計劃、舉辦社企訓練課程及社會企業展。 施政報告#92:透過「創業展才能」計劃,資助非政府機構成立小型企業,聘用殘疾人士。政府會向計劃注資一億元,為殘疾人士創造更多就業機會。) |
鼓勵公、私營企業聘用殘疾人士 |
為商界企業提供誘因,如資助購買相關輔助器具和進行改善設施工程等,鼓勵私人企業聘用殘疾人士。 (施政報告#92:資助聘用殘疾僱員的僱主購買輔助儀器及改裝工作間,提高殘疾僱員的工作效率。) 鼓勵公營機構聘用殘疾人士,如制定聘用殘疾人士的指標,優先聘用殘疾人士、及使用殘疾人士的服務和產品等。 |
